The General Administration building is located at the entrance to Beirut Street, one of the most famous high-end residential neighborhoods known for its calmness and high urban and social level. The General Administration building consists of six floors with a basement, the second floor contains the General Administration of the Yemeni Kuwaiti Real Estate Development Company, and the rest of the other five floors with the basement are open spaces with a total area of (410) square meters and contain an extension of a men’s bathroom, a women’s bathroom, a kitchen and a store
