The Yemeni Kuwaiti Real Estate Development Company

The Yemeni Kuwaiti Real Estate Development Company was established on 4/20/1977 according to an agreement between the Yemeni government and the Kuwaiti Real Estate Investment Group (K.S.C) closed in accordance with the provisions of the Memorandum of Association dated 9/22/1977 AD and the annex to the agreement dated 5/18/1977 AD.

And the Republican Decree was issued by Law No. (95) 1977 AD licensing the Yemeni Kuwaiti Real Estate Development Company (a closed joint stock company) and its main headquarters is the capital, Sana’a, on 9/22/1977 AD.
